What happens if my jar is damaged or my product has leaked?
- Contact me right away at [email protected] with your order information, name, and address.
Do you accept returns?
- I do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons.
- If you receive the wrong item, please send email with photo of the item to [email protected] and the correct item will be sent to you within 3 business days.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
- All items are handmade so please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Items will be shipped the day after processing is complete.
- Shipping time is dependent upon your selection at checkout.
- Approximately 1-5 days in the USA.
- If you place two separate orders they will be shipped separately.
ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
- You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. When a shipping label has been created for your order you will receive another email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
LOST PACKAGES
- If you entered the wrong address, you have 12 hours to contact us to make the proper corrections. After that you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
- If your address is correct and you have not received your package please contact USPS and follow the directions on their website USPS.com your item is insured up to $100 included with purchase.
